About the Seminar
This seminar is designed for the experienced employment and labor law practitioner. The 2008 mid-year update will focused on recent developments in employment litigation (procedural and substantive), specialty areas such as FMLA and ethics, a report on federal anti-discrimination enforcement from the EEOC, and the latest from a colleague’s recent appearance before the U.S. Supreme Court.
This year’s update will include a networking lunch and an after-seminar reception.
Parking Information:
The Capital City Club is Located on the 25th Floor of the SouthTrust building in the heart of Columbia’s downtown. A city parking garage is located next to the SouthTrust Bank building and may be accessed from Assembly Street or from Lady Street. Parking fees are $1.00 for the first two hours with a Capital City Club stamp and $1.00 for each hour thereafter. All guests must park on the 4th floor and up on weekdays until 5:00pm. After 5:00pm and on weekends, guests can park in any space on any floor (except handicap).
