In 2008, the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) established Families Forever, which focuses on adoption awareness. This project offers a seminar on the "how to" of the adoption process and several statewide family fairs. It was recognized by the American Bar Association as the "Most Outstanding Service Project" in the country offered by young lawyers.

The following fairs are scheduled for 2013:

January 19, 2013, 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

February 9, 2013, 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Felix C. Davis Community Center, 4800 Park Circle, N. Charleston

March 2, 2013 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
111 Maiden Lane, Lexington, SC
