Health Care Law Section Goals

•    Hold an annual full Section business meeting.
•    Continue to support S.C. DHEC in its efforts to develop and publish a Bench Bar Book on Public Health.
•    Continue to expand and support ongoing services of the Health Care Section's discussion listserv.
•    Identify opportunities and support efforts to provide guidance to Section and Bar members regarding ongoing changes to patient privacy laws that affect law practices.
