The House Ways and Means Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Subcommittee, chaired by Rep. Mike Pitts, met Tuesday. The Judicial Department budget was presented by Chief Justice Jean Hoefer Toal.

The House Ways and Means Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Subcommittee, chaired by Rep. Mike Pitts, met Wednesday. Budget presentations were given by the Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services and Commission on Indigent Defense. Representing South Carolina Commission on Indigent Defense were Patton Adams, Executive Director, and Hugh Ryan, Deputy Director and General Counsel.

The House Judiciary Criminal Laws Subcommittee, chaired by Rep. David Weeks, met Wednesday.
