The Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Sen. Gerald Malloy, met Wednesday to discuss the "Omnibus Crime Reduction and Sentencing Reform Act of 2010."  Josh Rhodes, staff attorney with SC Association of Counties, and David Ross, Executive Director of S.C. Commission on Prosecution Coordination, testified.

The Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Sen. Larry Martin, met Wednesday.

S.1003: False Claims Act. Bryan Stirling and Bill Gambrell, both of the SC Attorney General’s Office, testified on the bill.

The Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Sen. Jake Knotts, met Wednesday.
Favorable report as amended:
S.1060: Matters considered to determine release on bail.  Mark Bourdon, attorney for the City of Charleston Police Department, and David Ross, Executive Director of S.C. Commission on Prosecution Coordination, testified on the bill.
