S.C. Bar offers free legal clinics in Columbia area

COLUMBIA, S.C. (Jan. 10, 2012) — The S.C. Bar Pro Bono Program will sponsor two free legal clinics in the Columbia area in January. The schedule is as follows:
 
·     Jan. 24 – Bankruptcy law issues, featuring attorney David W. Melnyk. The clinic will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Lexington County Public Library-Irmo Branch located at 6251 St. Andrews Rd. in Columbia.

·     Jan. 31 – Real estate issues and foreclosures, featuring attorney Richard L. Bolen. The clinic will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Lexington County Public Library-Main Branch located at 5440 Augusta Rd. in Lexington.
 
The seminars are free for anyone who would like to attend. A schedule of other upcoming seminars throughout the state is available online at www.scbar.org/clinics.
