Duties will include scheduling and calendar maintenance, document drafting and revisions, and scanning and file management for a team of partners and attorneys. Excellent organizational and computer skills (Excel), strong attention to detail, project management experience, ability to prioritize, flexibility with job duties and demonstrated ability to work with a variety of professionals. At least 5 years previous paralegal or personal assistant experience required. 4-year degree preferred, with paralegal degree or certification.
