This position is located within the Office of General Counsel. Under limited supervision, attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel for a major division of the Budget and Control Board. Duties include providing senior management with legal advice and support, and overseeing complex transaction work, including some related litigation and regulatory work. Incumbent will assist staff in drafting, reviewing, interpreting, negotiating and administering complex contracts and agreements.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:
Juris Doctorate degree or its equivalent from an accredited law school and be admitted to the South Carolina Bar. Must have at least five (5) years experience as a practicing attorney.
