The Eleventh Circuit Public Defender's Office announces the following employment opportunity:

Assistant Public Defender

This position is for a criminal trial attorney who will handle magistrate, general sessions and juvenile cases in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit (Lexington, Saluda, Edgefield and McCormick counties). The applicant must have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently. Previous criminal trial experience is preferred, but not required. The applicant must possess a Juris Doctorate Degree; be a member of South Carolina Bar; and have all of their Rule 403 requirements completed.
