The S.C. Bankruptcy Practice Manual, Revised Second Edition (2012) discusses the basic tenets of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and features helpful practice tips specifically tailored for practice in South Carolina. This helpful how-to manual also includes a user-friendly CD containing the entire book with hypertext links to local and official rules.
Valuable resource of the week
S.C. Requests to Charge–Criminal, Second Edition includes numerous chapters and a multitude of individual charges covering all of the major criminal offenses in South Carolina. This updated second edition contains 25 new charges on offenses created by the 2010 Omnibus Crime Act, in which the S.C. General Assembly abolished several very important common law offenses and replaced them with statutory offenses. The most extensive changes are detailed in the drug chapter, which contains amendments to existing charges involving elements to offenses and definitional requirements.
