The S.C. Bar-CLE Division and the S.C. Bar Corporate, Banking and Securities Law Section is proud to present the 2011 Corporate Practice Law Intensive Workshop to be held August 11-12 at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Asheville. This course will feature topics on current commercial litigation and transactional topics with an emphasis on banking. The panel of speakers consists of experienced practitioners from the Southeast area rather than just South Carolina. The topics are well suited for seasoned lawyers. This seminar will appeal to those who wish a respite from the scorching summer heat of August.

Substance abuse or mental health issues for the legal profession, on-demand and online
