S.C. Bar offers free legal clinics in Columbia during March

COLUMBIA, S.C. (March 3, 2014)—The S.C. Bar Pro Bono Program will sponsor three free legal clinics in Columbia in March. The schedule is as follows:
· March 17—Attorney Alexandria B. Skinner will discuss end of life issues, including health care powers of attorney, living wills, DNR orders, powers of attorney, funeral planning and cremation, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Richland Library N. Main Branch located at 5306 N. Main St., 29203.
· March 25—Attorney Alexandria B. Skinner will discuss family law issues, including divorce, custody, visitation and support, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Richland Library Main Branch located at 1431 Assembly St., 29201.
· March 27—Attorney Yvonne Murray-Boyles will discuss criminal law issues and expungements, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Richland Library N.E. Branch located at 7490 Parklane Rd., 29223.
The seminars are free for anyone who would like to attend. The format typically consists of an overview followed by a question and answer session. A schedule of other upcoming seminars throughout the state is available online at www.scbar.org/clinics.
