PMAP Tech Tip
Most attacks on law office computers and devices are preventable if lawyers and staff follow a number of common sense rules. Since many computer exploits are launched from e-mails or during web browsing, education about what not to do is critical. Begin your education with some basic advice on cyber security, then read about some of the biggest malware security threats faced in 2013 and pay close attention to these steps you need to take to protect yourself. PMAP is the Practice Management Assistance Program; call (803) 799-6653, ext. 183 or e-mail email@example.com.
