Lawyers using the service will remain completely anonymous. Call CorpCare toll-free at (855) GET-HELP (438-4357) to be referred to a counselor 24 hours a day. The Lawyers Helping Lawyers Program is also available to help lawyers suffering from substance abuse or depression. Call the confidential, toll-free helpline at (866) 545-9590.

Advance Sheet update
November 20, 2013
The S.C. Supreme Court certified this case for review pursuant to Rule 204(b), SCACR, and affirmed. The Court found the circuit court properly granted summary judgment in favor of Preservation Capital because section 2 of the insurance policy unambiguously provides coverage for the loss resulting from the parcel’s title defect. The Court further found the circuit court properly declined to consider endorsements that were not made part of the policies because the parties stipulated, and the Court agreed, that the policy was unambiguous.
