Mock Trial Coaches' Manual for Attorneys and Teachers
Looking for a resource to help you prepare for Mock Trial? The S.C. Bar LRE Division introduces Mock Trial Coaches’ Manual for Attorneys and Teachers, a fabulous reference for coaches of all experience levels. The manual does not replace the competition handbook, which features competition rules and modified rules of evidence. The manual includes general guidelines regarding the roles of teachers and attorneys, tools for the classroom, lesson plans, handouts, tests, and more. Seventh Circuit Adult Drug Court Program
By order of September 30 the Court rescinded the April 26, 2005, order assigning Joshua L. Queen to preside over the Seventh Judicial Circuit Adult Drug Court Program. The Hon. Raymond C. Eubanks Jr., Retired Probate Court Judge, was assigned to preside over the program. In addition, the Hon. Jason Thomas Wall, Spartanburg County Magistrate, may preside over the Seventh Judicial Circuit Adult Drug Court Program in the absence of Judge Raymond C. Eubanks Jr.

After granting a writ of certiorari to review the S.C. Court of Appeals’ decision in Trask v. Beaufort Cnty., 392 S.C. 560, 709 S.E.2d 536 (Ct. App. 2011), the S.C. Supreme Court dismissed the writ as improvidently granted.
Trask v. Beaufort Cnty., Op. No. 27321 (S.C. Sup. Ct. filed October 2, 2013) (Shearouse Adv. Sh. No. 42 at 15), is available online.
Robert Carl Hubbard, 86, of Georgetown died July 25, 2013. His obituary can be found here.
