The Bar will collect the names of successor attorneys as part of the license fee process, but you can also use this form to submit the name of your successor in advance. For additional information on succession planning, including sample forms, visit PMAP's Winding Down page. Also, join us this Friday at the 2013 Solo & Small Firm Conference where our speakers for "Solo Survival Guide: Preparing for Life’s Surprises" will provide the tools neccessary to prepare a succession plan for your firm. Watch our interview with Pam Robinson, director of the University of South Carolina School of Law Pro Bono Program, to learn about her experience and the continued relationship between the program and the Foundation.
