S.C. Bar offers upcoming free legal clinics in Columbia and Goose Creek

COLUMBIA, S.C. (Sept. 7, 2012) — The S.C. Bar Pro Bono Program will sponsor a free legal clinic in in Goose Creek on Wednesday, Sept. 19. The topic is end of life issues (health care power of attorney, living wills, DNR orders and power of attorney), featuring attorney Thomas P. Stoney II. The clinic will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Goose Creek Senior Center located at 103 Thurgood Rd.
A clinic will also be held in Columbia on Thursday, Sept. 20. The topic is wills, estates and probate, featuring attorney Daniel K. Felker. The clinic will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Richland County Public Library – Southeast Branch located at 7420 Garners Ferry Rd.
The seminars are open to anyone who would like to attend. Registration is not required. A schedule of other upcoming seminars throughout the state is available online at www.scbar.org/clinics.
