Consumer credit sales
Pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. Section 37-2-104, to establish a consumer credit sale, the credit application signed by the purchasers must authorize the method of debt payment required under the section. If the agreement is not a consumer credit sale, Section 37-2-413(1), limiting attorney’s fees related to consumer credit sales, does not apply.
