The South Carolina Bar CLE Division is pleased to present the 2012 South Carolina Family Court Bench Bar Seminar.  Course Planner Judge Dottie Jones has brought together a stellar faculty featuring some of South Carolina’s leading Family Court judges and practitioners.  This year’s program will include entertaining, powerful and practical presentations on a variety of topics of interest to the bench and bar. You will hear from Chief Justice Jean Hoefer Toal on Docket Management and Justice Kaye G. Hearn on Recent Case Law. Jim Blackburn’s presentation where he will chronicle his fall from grace is not only a riveting story that will leave you spell bound but will also qualify for the mandatory 1.0 hour of  Substance Abuse/Mental Health credit.

As always the seminar is a Mandatory JCLE for South Carolina’s Family Court Judges, so you don’t want to miss this unique opportunity to not only get valuable insights from the bench on a number of important topics, but also spend the day with the judges who will be at the Bar Conference Center and at our video satellite locations.
