About the Seminar
This program qualifies for 1.0 MCLE credit hour and 1.0 LEPR credit hour.
The South Carolina Bar-CLE Division with special thanks to Ford Douglass and Thomson Reuters, are excited to present our annual Sporting Clays CLE! This program, scheduled for Thursday, October 17, offers South Carolina Bar shooting and hunting enthusiasts the unique opportunities to enjoy a fabulous shooting experience at beautiful Broxton Bridge Plantation, and get an hour of ethics credit, through a lively and entertaining panel discussion with some of South Carolina’s leading trial judges.
For only $160, registrants will be provided lunch, an hour of LEPR/MCLE, 100 shots/rounds of sporting clays, and delicious dinner following the shoot! This program is for experienced and inexperienced shooters and will be strictly supervised for a safe and enjoyable afternoon. Safety will be paramount and each participant will be expected to follow all rules of gun safety and courtesy. Each hunter will be responsible to bring his or her own supply of shells, ear protection and shooting glasses. The shoot will be organized to maximize each participant’s opportunity to have a great time of fun, food, fellowship, and benefit from an exciting and informative ethics CLE seminar.

Seating is limited, and walk-ins will not be allowed!

From Columbia: Take I-26S to Orangeburg. Then Hwy. 301/601S to Bamberg. Continue on Hwy. 601S thru Ehrhardt. Broxton Bridge Plantation is 6 miles south of Ehrhardt on Hwy. 601 (aprox. 60 total miles).
From Charleston: Take Hwy. 17S to Jacksonboro then Hwy. 64W to Walterboro. Follow Hwy. 64 thru Walterboro. You will go under I-95 and in about 16 miles turn left on Hwy. 641. Follow 641 to Hwy. 601 where you will turn left and go about one mile to the entrance (aprox. 60 Miles).
From Savannah, GA: Take I-95N to Exit 38/Yemassee Hwy. 68N to Hampton. Go thru Hampton on Hwy. 601N. Broxton Bridge Plantation is 12 miles from Hampton on 601S (aprox. 60 miles).
From Augusta, GA: Take Hwy. 78E to Bamberg. Turn right on Hwy. 601/301S Hwy. to Ehrhardt. Plantation is aprox. 7 miles south of Ehrhardt on Hwy. 601S. (aprox 60 miles)
