Want to get a sneak preview of the brand new Sumter County Judicial Center and complete your LEPR and Mental Health/Substance Abuse requirement? The SC Bar CLE Division and the Sumter County Bar are pleased to bring you a unique opportunity to tour the new Judicial Center before the Grand Opening and hear SC Bar Risk Management Director Jill Rothstein and Lawyers Helping Lawyers Assistant Beth Padgett discuss the convergence of attorney mental health/substance abuse problems with the ethical practice of law. “Nit, Grit, and Wit” is an interactive and fun program designed to use skillfully woven hypothetical tales to teach ethics and increase sensitivity to mental and emotional health concerns in the profession.
Following the program, everyone is invited to attend a special reception sponsored by the Sumter County Bar and tour of the new Sumter County Judicial Center.
