LEAPP is not a typical CLE seminar, although CLE credit is available. Supreme Court adopted Amendments to the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement. This 2010 edition includes those amendments and includes the revisions to the Overview of the Disciplinary Process. This practical, soft-cover volume contains the Rules of Professional Conduct and is thoroughly annotated with relevant case law and Ethics Advisory Opinions current through December 2009. There is also a comprehensive index, comparisons of each S.C. Rule with the corresponding Model Rule and many handy cross-references.\n
