This program also qualifies for 6.0 Estate Planning and Probate Specialization credit hours.\n\n\n\nThe South Carolina Bar – CLE Division is pleased to present the 20th Annual Probate Bench Bar with course planners G.P. Diminich, of Smith Moore Leatherwood, LLP and the Hon. Irvin G. Condon, Charleston County Probate Court.\n \nThis year’s program will focus on recent Probate Court issues and developments in the areas of creditor protection, tax law and resolving tax issues with identify theft. Insights on guardianships/conservatorships state mental health system for mental health commitments and a pilot project on physician's orders for life sustaining treatment will also be featured.  In addition, a full hour will be devoted to a panel discussion on general practice issues in Probate Court.
